Based on such discussions we enter into mutually agreeable terms for the intended product All business transactions are conducted through international banking institutions based in the United States such as Chase Bank, Citibank, & other United States approved banks.

Payment Terms are usually included in and IMFPA with easily verifiable information from all entities involved in any transaction. Documents for every international transaction are included in an International Chamber of Commerce format such as (I.C.C 400/500/600), non-circumvention, non-disclosure and working agreement (NCNDA), irrevocable Master Fee Protection agreements (IMFPA).
All due diligence matters and must comply with United States regulations and procedures.
